Exchange Policy
You may exchange any item within 15 days of the package delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Unused and unworn
Original tags still attached
In original packaging and condition
How to Process an Exchange
Pack the item(s) securely.
Include the following inside the package:
Your full name
Order number
Phone number
Send the package back to our return address (see below).
Once we receive your package, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to confirm the exchange.
Note: You are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund Policy
Please note that we only offer exchanges and do not provide refunds for standard purchases.
Exceptions (Refunds may be issued only in these cases):
You receive a wrong product
You receive a faulty/defective product
